London Homeless is about raising awareness about homeless people in London and helping those that are homeless to help themselves. The website is founded, owned and written by somebody that has been homeless for a number of years and has survived to tell the tale. Been there and got the T Shirt you could say. Many people see homeless people on the streets of London on a daily basis and turn a blind eye, but it´s a problem that is not going away any time soon despite the Government initiatives to get people off the streets. Many people that have a home and take it for granted are unaware that we are all just one step away from homelessness. All it takes is the loss of a job, a serious addiction, family problems, financial problems, mental health problems to make you end up on the streets. Further details at the About Section of the London Homeless website.
